Returns and Exchanges
Before you return a Kay Kraft product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. All our products are handcrafted by traditional craft persons in rural Bangladesh, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other.
Let’s not think of an irregular weave or print or a stitch as a defect. Handloom by definition means a glorious uncertainty when it comes to uniformity.
Please read below our return & exchange policies before you return any item.
Return Policy
Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase please follow the instructions below:
Returns must be sent within 15 days of your order’s original shipment date.
Please return the items in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags, including Kay Kraft hangtags attached. Carefully review the Non-Returnable Items policy below to make sure your item is eligible to be returned.
Return If you believe:
-You have received damaged, defective or incorrect merchandise (style, size, color).
You must contact Customer Care within 5 days of receipt and provide a photo of the defect.
Non-Returnable Items:
The following are not eligible for return:
-Returns received after Fifteen (15) days of the original shipment date.
-Damaged, washed, worn or altered items, including items returned with deodorant, makeup, smoke, perfume and/or stains.
-Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
-Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.
-In case of minor design and color variations. With handloom products there will always be some variation between products.
Instructions on Return
Please complete the Returns & Exchanges Form and send along with the return shipment .You can download the Returns & Exchanges Form by clicking here. We do not accept returns or exchanges without the copy of original invoice. You can return your shipment through courier service to the following address:

Return Processing
Once we receive your return package, please allow Seven(07) business days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued. Refunds will be issued on vouchers or invoices to the respective customer accounts. Vouchers can be used for purchases at Kay Kraft within six (6) months from the date of issue. You will be credited for the cost of the product(s) and applicable taxes. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. You will receive a refund anytime between 7-10 working days.
Exchange Policy
Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase please follow the instructions below:
If you would like to request an exchange please write to us [email protected]. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Item(s) which to be exchanged need to be sent to the address given below within Ten(10)days of your order’s original shipment date.
You will only have to make sure the items in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags, including Kay Kraft hangtags attached.

Customers are required to pay for the shipping costs to return the goods to the applicable return address indicated on the Return & Exchange form. We do not accept returns or exchanges without the copy of original invoice
