From confirmation of your order by KAY KRAFT to receipt of the package at your doorstep, you can track the status of your order - online.

Track your shipment

You should have received your tracking number via email. Please note that you will not be able to track your package until we have handed the package over to FedEx or Sundarban Courier Service and thus have not given you an air waybill no. It takes us 5 working days to process your orders.
All of our international shipments are handled by FedEx. You can track your order now by entering your FedEx Tracking Number in the field provided.
All of domestic (Bangladesh) shipments are handled by Sundarban Courier Service. You can track your order now by clicking here and entering your Sundarban Courier Service Tracking Number in the field provided by theme.
If you do not have your tracking number, please contact us. We will email you back with your tracking number so that you can check the status of your package.
